The Sangguniang Kabataan of Libas is a competent Youth Government Organization which strives for a progressive change by implementing principled and meaningful services based on the different Youth Participation.
The group is composed of eight (8) elected members and two (2) appointed officers. Members were elected during the Philippine SK and Barangay Elections last May 2018. The group has been pronounced in their community efforts and received several honorary awards internationally and locally.
The group's efforts during the CoVid-19 crisis were also recognized by national and local media groups for its unique approach and implementation.
